Spa Therapist - Full Time or part time
Location: Cuckfield, West Sussex
Generous commission and 2 weekends off per month !

Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a qualified Beauty Therapist with an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent certification. The candidate should be skilled in all traditional beauty therapy treatments and possess excellent communication and customer service abilities. Reflexology qualifications are advantageous.
Requirements:
- Experience in a spa environment preferred
- Ideally NVQ Level 3 qualified (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy
- Will accept level 2 working towards level 3
- Training in reflexology and aromatherapy treatments is desirable but not essential
Salary:
- £11.44 - £11.90 per hour (depending on experience) plus generous commission
- Commission: 15% on treatments above a small threshold, 10% on retail sales, and tips (average commission earnings £900 per month)
- Permanent, part-time or full-time roles available
Hours:
Full time 40 hours, Part time 24 hours per week (Monday-Sunday in accordance with business requirements).
The candidate will be required to work a variety of day, evening & Public Bank Holiday shifts.
Shifts scheduled 1-2 months in advance
