Responsibilities of the Sales Co-ordinator include:
- Ensuring new customers have a smooth onboarding process and are supported every step of the way
- Working closely with the sales team to identify trends and maximise sale opportunities
- Building strong relationships with existing clients, recommending alternative products where required and upselling new product lines
- Analysing marketing trends and feeding the intel into the sales team
- Scheduling sales meetings for the sales manager
- Building sales reports to analyse growth trends and areas for improvement
- Re-establishing relationships with lapsed accounts
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times, responding to queries in a timely manner
The ideal person will have:
