Day-to-day of the role:
- Identify, attract, and recruit top graduate talent through various channels, including job fairs, university partnerships, online job boards, and social media.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, career services, and student organisations to create a robust talent pipeline.
- Promote the company as an employer of choice through engaging presentations, campus events, and social media campaigns.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress to the HR team and senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
