Are you currently working in a HR Administrator role, looking for your next step up in your career?

What you will be doing:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day aspects of recruitment and HR administration, reporting to the Deputy Head of HR. The responsibilities will vary according to the workstream within which the post-holder is working; either focusing more on recruitment or more on HR administration.

The duties will be assigned to ensure that each HR Officer is contributing to the team's collective workload, while also encouraging individual accountability. This will also include additional project-based requirements of the business.

The role is based on site, giving you the chance to have the best training and support available, and you also get the opportunity to try our on-site subsidised canteen facilities and really get to know the team over a spot of lunch.

It would be great for you to have:

  • HR and recruitment experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to manage your own workload
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Good communication skills
