Role: US Market Research Executive
Expected duration: 3 weeks (Possibly extending with potential to convert to permanent)
Working hours: 12.00 pm - 8.00 pm (Slightly flexibly on start/finish time)
Office Location: Central London (West End) - The role is office based
Pay rate: £15.00 - £18.00 per hour + Holiday pay
Start: Immediate (From Monday 02/09/2024)

Our client is one of the leading research agency. They have a team of experienced research professionals offering their clients a full range of consulting services, including face to face, telephone, and online data.

About the project:
This a global study in the FMCG sector conducted on behalf of a corporate business client. The objective is to conduct quality interviews with executives from small to medium size enterprises and gather information about how their business feel about the current economic climate. A list of respondents from target US companies will be provided, but on occasion the relevant individual may need to be identified. The interview with each respondent will detailed, and will consist of a list of questions designed to gather the necessary data.

Responsibilities

  • Telephone respondents from contact lists with limited numbers, and convert them to interviews
  • Guide respondents through a set of quantitative and qualitative questions
  • Keep an accurate record of all contact with respondent
  • You will be responsible for accurately recording the results and responses of your interviews
  • Translate answers from respondent where necessary
  • Work closely with Project Managers to update them on project progress

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (Written and spoken) up to mothertongue standard
  • Personable and enthusiastic with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Target driven with a deep pride in the quality of your work.
  • Enjoy the challenges of calling and speaking to new people. You should be persistent, polite and professional.
  • Responsible, timely and honest.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other basic Microsoft Office functions.
  • Ability to build relationships very quickly over the phone.
