Due to an impending retirement, a rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to manage the finances of Sound Leisure.
Established in 1978, Sound Leisure remains a diverse family business that is renowned for manufacturing a range of exclusive classic Jukeboxes that are installed into private and commercial properties worldwide. In addition to manufacturing, the business has an operating division that supplies and services digital jukeboxes and background music systems within the UK commercial hospitality sector, and a children's play division that distributes and installs interactive play equipment into the NHS, hospitality and travel markets.
The business is continuing to expand into new international markets and is forging new collaborations that are taking them on an exciting journey. The Finance Manager will be an experienced and enthusiastic finance professional who will work with the Directors to support this growth, manage the finances of the business, and lead a small finance team.
To be successful in this role, you'll be a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) or an individual who is qualified by experience. It is essential that you have worked in a similar role in a SME manufacturing business. You'll be a team player who can work on your own initiative and as part of a team, you'll demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to help others when needed. Experience in Microsoft Business Central would be advantageous.
