**What You'll Do:
- Inspire Future Chefs: Share your culinary expertise to train apprentices, both in person and online, helping them master key kitchen skills.
- Hands-On Training: Work with apprentices at our renowned Chef Academy, guiding them through a variety of culinary techniques.
- Mentor and Develop Talent: Understand the goals of new apprentices, support their growth, and provide personalized guidance.
- Teach Practical Skills: Help apprentices understand the importance of English and math in kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with Employers: Build strong relationships with employers, offering feedback on apprentice progress and ensuring their development aligns with industry needs.
- Organize Your Work: Manage your schedule remotely, using Google Suite and other tools to ensure smooth training and admin tasks.
**About You:
We're looking for experienced chefs who are ready to take the next step in their careers by mentoring and developing the talent of tomorrow. You should have:
- Experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, or Kitchen Manager.
- A passion for teaching and sharing your knowledge with others.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with technology for virtual training.
- A desire to help apprentices understand essential English and math skills (with support provided to achieve Level 2 qualifications if needed).
