Key Account Manager

ARM is working with a global aerospace company to recruit for a Key Account Manager, based in their Hampshire office.

This is a permanent role, based in the Southampton area with the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis.

This role is customer-focused, and the right candidate must have experience in an Account Manager position in the Aerospace/ Aviation industry.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact for the EMEA region.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans in order to meet customer and business objectives.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and new business.
  • Work closely with other departments and external suppliers to ensure delivery of projects are met.
  • Manage financial targets and monitor budgets and profitability.

The Right Candidate

  • Proven experience in a customer account management role within the aerospace industry.
  • Strong communicator with fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Must be able to manage own time, depending on project need.
  • Long-term Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately, this role is unable to offer sponsorship.

Desirable

  • Technical engineering background
  • Business qualification
