A London based University are looking for an Interim HR Advisor to join with an immediate start. The role has a strong responsibility on leading employee relations work. The role is based in London, offering hybrid working.

A Interim HR Advisor to:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to the wider organisations and your client group
  • Lead on HR operational activity
  • Advise on HR policies and best practice
  • The role has a strong weighting to managing your own employee relation caseload, including grievances, disciplinary, and performance management
  • Lead on employee relations issues including policies, procedures and employment law
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Provide legal advice in regards to employee probation's, grievance, disciplinary and asses the legal risk or implications
  • Provide advice on performance management and sickness absence
  • Provide advice to line managers
  • Coach and advice managers

Profile

An Interim HR Advisor with:

  • Previous experience managing your own employee relations caseload
  • Previous experience working in NFP or a public sector setting essential
  • Able to start immediately
