Reed is actively recruiting on behalf of an established business for a permanent Sales Executive.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking learn a business & develop a career. You will also need to be confident managing existing client relationships.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Co-ordinate the day-to-day management of customers, generate & convert sales leads.
- Identify & achieve profitable sales opportunities.
- Prepare commercial proposal's (quotations/tenders etc.)
- Receive inbound calls & build effective customer relationships & loyalty.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Understand customers' business needs.
- Actively manage any customer complaints.
- Initiate outgoing customer calls.
- Respond to all cancellation requests.
- Attend sales meetings.
- Proactively follow up quotations..
- Be able to use IT systems effectively.
