We are seeking a dedicated Reprographics and Resources Technician to join a great client of ours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all reprographics and resources within our organisation, ensuring efficient and effective support to meet the needs of our staff and clients. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Operate reprographics equipment to produce high-quality documents, including photocopying, printing, binding, and laminating.
- Maintain and troubleshoot reprographics machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Manage stock levels of reprographics materials and resources, placing orders and liaising with suppliers as necessary.
- Provide a timely and efficient service to all departments, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
- Support staff with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
- Ensure the reprographics area is organised, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the IT department to manage and maintain printers and copiers across the organisation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new systems and processes to improve the reprographics service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a reprographics or similar technical role.
- Proficiency in using standard office equipment and reprographics machinery.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and suppliers.
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with standard office software.
