Senior Business Development Manager
Salary: £35k-£50k basic + Commission (£80k+ OTE)

Job role: Your role will be to win new business and build long term partnerships with growth companies in your sector.You will be exclusively working with clients, not candidates, we have a strong Talent Acquisition teamthat will support you to source the candidates for your clients. Your role will be a mixture of phone, virtual meetings, face to face meetings and networking.
Essentials for this role
- Minimum 3-5 years previous in aclient facing recruitment role
- Proven track record of growing B2B sales
- Must be an ambitious self-starter with drive and resilience
- Exceptional people skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team
