One of the Directors of a client focused construction consultancy is seeking a personable Quantity Surveyor, who is comfortable on the pre contract side, as he looks to grow his team in London.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be part of a QS team who are working on a raft of hotel, leisure, healthcare, and theme park projects across the UK, with projects usually valuing between £0.5m and £120m.
The new Quantity Surveyor shall be responsible for an array of pre contract / front end quantity surveying services, including drafting prelims, preparing, and reviewing tender documents etc.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Minimum of 3 years quantity surveying experience
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or on the apprenticeship scheme
- Pre contract experience
- Personable, client facing nature
- Ideally from a PQS / Consultancy background
