My client, a leading, privately owned organisation within the construction/development space are looking to hire a Senior Finance Manager.
This role, reporting into the Group Finance Director, will have a broad remit with full responsibility for the day to day running of the accounts function.
An ambitious outlook is required as the role will evolve to become a Financial Controller/Head of Finance.
Headline responsibilities will include;
- Full responsibility for all internal and external financial and taxation reporting across all businesses within the trading and investment groups.
- Supervision and mentoring of the finance team.
- Lead the upgrade of the ERP system, in conjunction with the external software provider.
- Internal responsibility for IT systems, infrastructure, and software with support from an external IT provider

- Annual Budget and Monthly Forecasts
- Statutory and Regulatory Returns
- Lead the Annual External Audit Including Completion of Year End Accounts and Tax Returns
- Management of the Finance Team
- Management and Development of IT Systems and Procedures
- Support the Group Finance Director in Delivering Continuous Business Improvement
