Hays are looking for tutors in and around the Coventry area to tutor Business Administration and Customer service. The role is 37 hours per week, and you will need to be available from Monday-Friday. Hays education work with several schools and adult education centres in the Coventry and Warwickshire areas. We offer high-quality day to day and long-term cover on a full and part-time basis. Your new role
This tutoring role utilises various methods, such as e-learning and differentiated learning, to support students. Key responsibilities include assessing and aiding learners on placement, monitoring and reviewing programs, offering guidance, and developing individual learning plans. The role demands punctuality and maintaining a conducive learning environment. Non-contact duties involve planning, resource preparation, course design, providing course information, enroling students, attending meetings, record-keeping, assessing progress, and staying current with subject developments.
What you'll need to succeed
- English and maths at Level 2
- Relevant specific qualifications
- Relevant teaching qualification at Level 4/5 and/or substantial relevant teaching experience
- Experience of teaching in a formal or non-formal setting
- Excellent curriculum knowledge
