Personal Assistant – £30k-£50k DOE – Central London – Creative– Great Benefits – Flexi Working – Start ASAP
A leading creative firm are seeking a pro-active and forward-thinking PA to join their small, close-knit team, to assist the founder as soon as possible. Working within innovative offices in the heart of central London, this fantastic opportunity is offering wonderful career progression, plus the opportunity to travel abroad with work and plan high profile, company events!
What you'll do-
You will be supporting the founder, plus wider seniors with confidential and creative responsibilities – including companywide events. Flexibility and adaptability are certainly key in this role; therefore, a versatile mindset is a must.
Duties include (summarised - not all):
- Top level support to the Founder, including private support and ensuring that day to day diary, travel and meeting arrangements are confirmed – both on an internal and external basis.
- Administrative support.
- Oversight of the entire office, ensuring day to day efficiency.
- Organising company conferences and events, sourcing external venues, ensuring that all equipment and catering is provide on time and to the required standards.
- Manage shipping, logistics and client purchases.
- Liaise with customer and clients daily.
No two day is the same, and the job spec is only a guideline. This role is sole support with brilliant autonomy – you make this role your own!
Who you are –
Ideally a personal assistant with prior coordination and management experience with a positive and high energy outlook. The right candidate requires a team player attitude, who is happy to turn their hand to anything and lend a helping hand where needed.
Proficiency with financial administration and highly confidential data is desirable, but not mandatory.
