Business Support Administrator

A wonderful opportunity has become available for a Business Support Administrator to join a professional investment company based in North West London, supporting the investment manager.

Full training is provided with progression.Off site parking available

Your duties will include:

  • Provide administrative support to the investment manager
  • Managing incoming inquiries via phone and email
  • Liaising with clients regarding their investment policies
  • Updating the internal database, correctly filing all information to an electronic filing system
  • Assist in preparing and processing client documentation

Key skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail crucial
  • Numeracy skills desirable
  • Good use of Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Min 2 years administration experience from a professional services background essential
