We currently have a great opportunity with a Housing organisation for a ASB Administrator role on a permanent full time contract for 3 months. This is a hybrid based role located in the Middlesex area.
Job Title: ASB Administrator
Salary : £29,571,00 per annum
Contract : Permanent FTC role
Location Middlesex - HYBRID
Responsibilities of ASB Administrator:
- Manage CCTV across estates
- Managing low level nuisance cases appropriately- When required, installing noise equipment into Customer homes
- Request police disclosure for cases related to Anti Social behaviour.
- Being a great team player
Requirements for ASB Administrator:
- High level communication skills
- Working Collaboratively
- Being digitally savvy- Have Social Housing experience
