The Role:

We are looking for a talented Sales Consultantwith an innate sense of style and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service to join our concessions team in Camp Hopson, Newbury.

Reporting to the Concession Manager, you will ensure an exceptional, on-brand customer experience, driving sales through excellent customer service and maintaining visual standards.
You will engage customers with your welcoming approach, showcasing your passion and knowledge for Hush products. As a motivated individual, you will prioritise achieving KPIs and collaborating effectively within the team.

Please note this is a full-time position, across 5 days a week Mon-Sun.

The Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all operations are completed to a high standard, creating a functional trading environment.
  • Implement floor updates with authorisation from the Senior Visual Merchandiser and share best practice images.
  • Confidently build and manage effective relationships with Hush customers.
  • Meet sales targets and hold accountability for achieving them.
  • Support colleagues and work well as a team to ensure high store performance.
  • Highlight stock needs and commercial actions following store visits.

The Person

  • Available to work 37.5 hours per week, across various shift patterns Mon-Sun.
  • 2 years+ of customer service experience, preferably in a similar retail environment.
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional service.
  • Interest in and knowledge of the fashion industry.
  • Reliable and eager to succeed.
  • Enthusiastic and able to set a positive example for colleagues.
