The Opportunity
This business is cutting out the middle man and rather than going with a consultancy or outsourcing for their RPA & IA solutions they are building it inhouse themselves! The aim is to retain the skills and build an RPA Centre of Excellence to remain inhouse with their solutions and to grow and develop over time!
This is a very exciting role and will be a fantastic opportunity for someone to own and lead on as a Technical Hands on Subject Matter Expert in a brand new inhouse Centre of Excellence.
The Role
- You will work alongside the RPA Manager, and together you will approach key internal stakeholders to assess where in the business there are key immediate opportunities to automate- please note that you will be the Technical subject matter expert as the RPA manager will not be hands on in the solution design and development.
- You will be designing and creating new Automation solutions for the organisation, end to end including design, development, testing and an element of ongoing support for solutions whilst the team naturally expands.
- You will also be creating the documentation and framework for this solutions you build.
Your background skills & Hands on experience
- Solid current Hands on RPA development experience, specifically with UiPath (Essential)
- End to end Automation solution design, build, test and support experience (Essential)
- Proven experience building complex and innovative IA solutions to ensure the bots mimic human behaviour as closely as possibly
- Excellent communication skills, with past experience liaising with internal stakeholders
- Strong background in programming and scripting languages such as .NET
Soft skills
- You will need to be the type of person that will think outside the box and explore other technologies and push the boundaries in order to get the right fit for every solution you build for the business
