RG Consultancy are working with an excellent large turnover business located in Wakefield, who are looking for an accounts assistant to join the finance department on a full time, permanent basis.
You will be joining a supportive team of 6 and report into the financial controller within the team.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Processing purchase invoices
- Matching and coding invoices
- Petty cash management; including paperwork and adding entries onto the database
- Supplier statements
- Processing online payments
- Assist with some credit control
- Other adhoc administrative duties
