Role: Application Support Analyst Salary: £30-40k Location: Warwickshire / Hybrid (3 days remote) Start: ASAP
Our market leading client is looking for an Application Support Analyst to support with technical issues as part of a major transformation journey. This is an exciting role working very closely to the software development team allowing the opportunity to engage with several areas including development, testing and Product Management
Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd Line application support to a large user base
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
- Work closely with Development team to determine successful implementation of new features
Key Skills
- Two years' experience within an Application Support role ideally with Microsoft technologies
- Supporting web based and Database technologies
- Strong Communication skills and will possess the ability to work collaboratively
- Microsoft SQL (nice to have)
- Power BI (nice to have)
