Our client are a large matrix organisation at the start of a huge transformation journey and they are looking for a number of qualified and experienced HR Officers to help support day to day HR operations.

This role is supporting various departments across the organisation so you need to be flexible and adaptable and reporting into a HR Manager your duties will be wide ranging including:

  • Supporting on high volume and complex employee relations cases
  • Working with wider HR team on change & transformation project work
  • Building relationships with stakeholders across the organising working to up skill managers in all areas of employee relations
  • Using MI data to analyse and present data on key HR metrics working with HR management on improving areas of under performance
  • Working with department managers on performance management and succession planning

The organisation as a whole is really flexible, happy to consider candidates looking for full time or part time work and navigate other family or carer commitments. However, due to the volume of change coming its way, and the relationship first approach, they do need people who can commit to being on site in Leeds 2-3 days per week.
Initially these roles are 12-18 month contracts with the possibility to extend.

For this roles you must be a minimum of CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent and be able to demonstrate a wealth of operational HR experience from high volume and fast paced environment. You will have an excellent understanding of UK employment law and be able to handle complex ER cases independently.
