We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients based in Northampton. They are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on a full-time basis to join their growing team. This role is office based, and ideally you will experience working in a similar position, but our client may also be able to consider a graduate (related subject).
Typical duties include:
- Processing bank reconciliations
- Supporting with month-end and year-end reporting
- Assisting with credit control duties where required
- Ensuring any general administration duties are completed in a timely manner
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the finance function
- Performing any other ad-hoc tasks for the wider team
You will have:
- A strong numerical skillset
- Ability to manage your own workload and time effectively
- Experience in a similar role or a graduate in a relevant subject
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
