A successful Building Consultancy, based in Newcastle, are looking for a dedicated Chartered Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team.

The Chartered Building Surveyors' role

In this role, the Chartered Building Surveyor will be responsible for establishing and maintaining key client relationships, supporting business development, and assisting with project finances, team leadership and recruitment.

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be a key point of contact to a prestigious client base, working across a myriad of sectors, predominantly within the commercial space.

The Chartered Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to provide professional services such as condition surveys, defect analysis, party wall, dilapidations and reinstatement cost assessments.

This role will suit an ambitious Chartered Building Surveyor eager to take on further responsibility, with continuous opportunity for career development.

The Chartered Building Surveyor

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will need to be qualified with MRICS.

  • Previous consultancy experience
  • Experience within sectors including commercial, healthcare & education is beneficial
  • A confident and client-facing individual
