This is an outstanding opportunity for a Legal Executive looking to kick-start their career in Commercial Litigation. In terms of the workload you will be dealing with, it is varied; you will gain experience in contract, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence matters, construction and building disputes and breach of trust and duties amongst other things. This is a sizeable team, and you would be working across the full group of expert Partners, which is a great way of developing your skills and litigation style, however it does mean that you will need to be able to manage your time well and be skilled at prioritising.
Our client is ideally looking for qualified Chartered Legal Executives with between 1 to 3 years' experience in Commercial Litigation with a solid disputes team.
