On Target Earnings: £44k - £50k
Restaurant General Manager - Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in restaurants, with at least 5 years as a Restaurant Manager.
- Background: Preferred Experience in QSR, fast casual, or casual dining.
- High Volume Operations: Proven success in managing high volume units with sales of £2.5m+.
- Leadership: Capable of leading a team of 45+ members.
- Customer Focus: A deep commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Integrity: Demonstrates massive integrity and authenticity.
- Performance: Strong performance focus with a commercial mindset.
- Operational Excellence: Proven track record of operational performance.
- People Development: Exceptional skills in managing succession, planning continual development, and selecting managers.
- Staffing Management: Ability to plan and maintain staffing levels appropriate for the restaurant's sales and guest growth.
- Team Leadership: Develop and lead a team that embodies brand values and delivers a great customer experience.
- Education: Degree educated.
- Mobility: Willing and able to travel as needed with access to a car.
