The Role:

We seek an experienced Lettings Manager to join our team and oversee our portfolio of properties for our domestic and overseas clients in Central London. This is a unique opportunity to manage and grow our fast-paced Lettings department.

As the Lettings Manager, you will lead and oversee all aspects of our lettings operations within London. Your primary objective is to successfully achieve financial targets and win new lettings instructions while upholding the company's reputation for excellence in the luxury real estate market.

The Package:

We offer a generous basic salary from £30k to £35k and a fantastic commission and bonus structure, with over £100k plus per annum OTE.

  • Monday - Friday 8.45 am - 6.30 pm
  • Saturday 10 am - 4 pm
  • 5-day working week with rota system: 1 in every 3 Saturdays off

Responsibilities:

  • Strong focus on generating new and repeat business.
  • Managing a team, regular team meetings, holiday approval, reporting for payroll etc
  • Reporting to the directors on a Weekly/Monthly basis
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve targets for the lettings department.
  • Monitor Lettings listings, ensuring that targets are met and properties are effectively marketed.
  • Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients, property owners, investors, and international buyers.
  • Adapt marketing and sales strategies accordingly.
  • Personally handle high-value negotiations and complex transactions.
  • Ensure all legal and contractual obligations are met during property rentals.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant real estate regulations, laws, and ethical standards.
  • Enhance the agency's reputation and brand image in the luxury real estate market.

Requirements:

  • At least two years' experience in luxury real estate sales and lettings in Prime Central London.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-value client relationships.
  • Thorough understanding of legal and compliance requirements in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
