Description
The Interim Legal Counsel position will involve the following tasks:
- Draft, review and negotiate a range of supplier contracts
- Draft and review commercial IT contracts and agreements
- Assist with drafting of documents for new and ongoing projects
- Work with a wide variety of stakeholders within the business
- Act as first point of contract to answer legal queries from the business
Profile
The successful candidate for the Interim Legal Counsel position will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Be a UK qualified solicitor
- Have a strong background of working with commercial contracts
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have excellent time management skills
