Business Analyst | Financial Services | Permanent
This is an exciting opportunity for an up and coming Business Analyst to join a prestigious financial services organisation based in the heart of London on a permanent basis.
Working to deliver change as part of a Service Team within a cross-functional environment where you will be working closely with both the business and IT functions, it is important to be a team player and to have the ability to collaborate well with others.
Responsibilities:
- Management of Key Stakeholders within the Service Team to deliver Business Analysis which would include: Capturing User Stories, User Story Refinement, Exploring Scope, and Acceptance Criteria Determination
- Facilitate a variety of ceremonies for delivery change
- Assist with the change management processes and procedures
- Develop a extensive understanding of the organisation's Enterprise Data Model
- Develop into the Reference Data SME
Experience:
- Good Business Analysis Experience
- Experience within an Agile environment and techniques
- Financial services experience
- Ability to work well within a team
Hybrid: 3 days on-site per week in Central London
