Are you a whiz with Payroll Administration? My client is looking to speak to any meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll Administrators to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This position requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in payroll and accounting software systems.

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with clients and processing payrolls.
  • Uploading pension contributions to a variety of workplace pension schemes.
  • Processing starters and new leavers.
  • Answering questions from clients which require an understanding of tax, NI, pension calculations etc.
  • Handling statutory calculations such as SMP, SPP, SSPetc.
  • Setting up new clients within the payroll software.
  • Career advancement opportunities.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a payroll administration role or similar position is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Familiarity with payroll software is essential.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
