What will you be doing?
- You will be managing their helpdesk operation,
- Assigning tickets to the front office staff,
- Working on tickets and coordinating with senior engineers when required.

What you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in a computer related field,
- Experience working within a helpdesk team,
- Good understanding of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory,
- It's desirable that you have experience working within an ITIL system,
- You must be a British National with the ability to gain SC Clearance.
