Your Profile:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrable success in traditional advertising sales (TV, Radio, Newspaper, Outdoor, Magazine) or digital media sales.
- Communication Excellence: Engage confidently with senior decision-makers and marketing budget holders.
- Positive & Proactive: Possess a can-do attitude, resilience, and a drive for results.
The Role:
- Lucrative Compensation: £25,000 basic salary with a realistic OTE of £80,000 in your first year, scaling to £100,000+ beyond. For the right person, the commission will be guaranteed to a certain level for the first few months. For instance a recent candidate loved the sound of the job but was earning £40,000 Basic. The company guaranteed the commission to £40,000 for the first six months and paid commission out on sales above this.
