A leading global professional services organisation are seeking 4 highly skilled Contract Managers to join their Legal & Commercial Services team. You will have the opportunity to collaborate on a major project for one of their esteemed end clients which operates in the infrastructure space.
For these contract positions they are initial 11-month contracts with a daily rate up to £875 per day via an Umbrella company (inside IR35), the role offers excellent hybrid working with just 1 day a week on site at either the Central London office or the Warwick office.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Customer in drafting and issuing connection offers in accordance with standardized contract documentation, offer letters, and agreed SOPs.
- Review, provide input, and engage with end customers regarding Connection Offers for implementation.
- Track, monitor, and report on the status of end Customer Connection Offers and contracts.
Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies:
- Solid experience working with various contract types (preparing, reviewing, and negotiating) and contract processes (implementation, etc.).
- Experience drafting agreements in areas such as Utilities, Connections, Capital Projects, Construction, and Infrastructure.
- Fluent in English with exceptional attention to detail.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Utilities industry is an advantage.
- Experience with contract reporting (e.g., total number of contracts, number of suppliers under contract, and other indicators) to assess progress and effectiveness.
- Ability to respond to complex enquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results with cross-functional teams.
