Duties:
- Manage customer-related calls (inbound & outbound)
- Raise work orders, ensure accurate coding, check maintenance history, validate & authorise additional work, follow up on pending work orders
- Cost control, secondary warranty, warranty ID & management, challenge maintenance cost, negotiating with vendors &/or suppliers.
- Accurate follow-up on rebill process, obtain purchase order & apply customer markups
- Ensure services pricing is in line with vendor pricing
- Parts management
- Reservations
- Contract maintenance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in an administrative/customer service or similar role
- Computer skills: average knowledge of the MS Office applications
- Able to work under pressure; stress resilient
- Self-motivated.
Working Mon - Fri 45hrs per week (7 am - 4 pm / 8 am - 5 pm / 9 am - 6 pm)
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 + 15% Bonus + Benefits
