Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are maintained to high standards.
- Serve as the primary contact for residents, tenants, and contractors, delivering excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, lease terms, and property management laws.
- Handle budgets, contractor management, and property inspections.
- Organise and oversee repairs and maintenance, coordinating with contractors when needed.
- Attend resident and board meetings, providing updates and reports.
About You:
- Proven experience in customer service, compliance, or a role that requires high organisation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at once.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships.
- A proactive problem solver when addressing property issues.
- Capable of working independently and within a team.
- Experience in property management or a similar field is desirable, but not required. Full training will be provided.
