Hybrid Role, 9am - 5.30pm, 2 days work from home, 1 day at client site, 2 days from main office.

Are you an experienced professional with a background in customer service, compliance, property maintenance or management, looking to start a career in property management? We are seeking a Residential Property Manager to join our team during an exciting period of growth. This is a great opportunity for someone with a successful career in a relevant field, even if you don't have direct property management experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are maintained to high standards.
  • Serve as the primary contact for residents, tenants, and contractors, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, lease terms, and property management laws.
  • Handle budgets, contractor management, and property inspections.
  • Organise and oversee repairs and maintenance, coordinating with contractors when needed.
  • Attend resident and board meetings, providing updates and reports.

About You:

  • Proven experience in customer service, compliance, or a role that requires high organisation.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at once.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • A proactive problem solver when addressing property issues.
  • Capable of working independently and within a team.
  • Experience in property management or a similar field is desirable, but not required. Full training will be provided.
