As a Global Banking Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building and advancing strategic relationships with banks and electronic money institutions (EMIs) worldwide. Your efforts will play a key role in expanding the organisation's footprint within the global treasury space. Main Responsibilities:

- Identify, approach, and engage key banking institutions to establish strategic partnerships that align with global treasury growth objectives.
- Lead negotiations with current and potential banking partners, securing favourable terms and agreements for both parties.
- Evaluate and manage risks related to banking partnerships, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations alongside internal teams.
- Conduct in-depth research into various banking systems, financial products, and competitor activities to understand market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, including the Group Treasurer and CFO, to monitor and evaluate the performance of banking partnerships, providing updates and recommending strategies for improvement.
- Drive initiatives to onboard new banks while maintaining and strengthening existing relationships.
- Collaborate with partner banks to design and implement effective global cash management systems, ensuring real-time liquidity, optimising cash flow, and minimising risks.
- Ensure all activities adhere to internal policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role within banking, fintech, financial services, or multinational corporations (MNCs).
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of banks, EMIs, payment service providers (PSPs), and other financial institutions.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, banking operations, and global financial markets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the financial services industry.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
