The firm's Real Estate team is renowned for its expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional Client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a broad range of Real Estate transactions, including Acquisitions, Disposals, Leases, and development projects
- Advising Clients on Property Law matters, ensuring compliance with Legal requirements and best practices
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, Leases, and other Legal documents
- Conducting due diligence and managing Real Estate transactions from inception to completion
- Building and maintaining strong Client relationships through effective communication and Client service
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide comprehensive Legal support to Clients
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with between NQ-3 years' PQE in Real Estate Law
- Strong knowledge of Scottish Property Law and Commercial Real Estate transactions
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload with a high degree of professionalism and efficiency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with Clients and colleagues
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
