Housing Officer - Customer Service Team

An excellent opportunity to join a well respected Housing Association on a 12 month fixed-term contract with potential for extension.

Based in Newbury with the expectation to work from the office at least 2 days per week, working form home the rest of the week, or in the office if that is your preference.

£32-335k per annum depending on experience

You will be triaging the housing queries that come in from tenants regarding issues such as safeguarding, anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches, ensuring customer's needs are catered for. You will be carrying out case management work as well.

You will be supporting the customers by telephone, email and through digital channels, actively engaging with them to understand their issue and resolving them in a timely and appropriate way.

You will be part of a a small, supportive and growing team where you'll share experience, knowledge and ideas.

You should have previous experience of delivering a range of housing management services, be self-motivated and be highly organised
