Our client is a corporate global pharmaceutical company, that focuses on helping change patients' lives, by developing medicines to treat mental illnesses. As the HR Coordinator, you will provide key HR and administration services on a day-to-day basis, coordinate and administer training events and activities, and support the implementation of HR projects.
Salary £35K-£40K DOE + bonus + fantastic benefits:
- Hybrid 3 days a week in Slough, 1 day a month in London office. Free parking onsite
- Pension contributions of 10% of base salary, with the option to contribute more or nothing if you choose.

Main duties:
- Managing the onboarding / offboarding process
- Processing new hires, leavers and changes, inside and outside Workday
- Arranging and facilitating company inductions
- Compiling and signing off monthly payroll and consolidate files
- Managing the payroll and benefits supplier relationship
- Managing long term sickness and absences within Workday
- Managing family related leave process, and coordination i.e. maternity, paternity etc.
- Generating and analysing reports
- Creating ad hoc letters, i.e. references, changes to contract, spot awards etc.
- Managing benefits platform enrolment and terminations
- Supporting HR Directors and HR Business Partners where necessary
- Play active role in internal culture & wellbeing committee.
- Management of Healthcare provider invoices and employee data
- Assistance with Intern Programme and supporting HR Business Partner with delivery of engagement sessions throughout the year
Knowledge and experience using Workday and SAP
