Description

The successful Senior Reporting Engineer will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Lead the development of business intelligence reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine reporting requirements.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data presented in reports.
  • Train and mentor members of the Analytics team.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and new technology in business intelligence and analytics.
  • Implement continuous improvements to reporting processes.
  • Manage data integration from various sources.
  • Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights.

Profile

A successful Senior Reporting Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Expertise in business intelligence reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

Technical skills:

  • Proficient in reporting and data visualisation tool Power BI,
  • Strong understanding of data modelling and semantic modelling for reporting and analytics purposes.
  • Strong with SQL and data querying.
  • Understanding of data warehousing and data integration concepts

Job Offer

In addition to a competitive base salary, ranging from £60,000 to £65,000 pa, we can also offer:
