A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Logistics Assistant to join Restaurant Associates delivering world class hospitality for our partner.
The Logistics Assistant will be responsible for managing the behind-the-scenes logistics related to food and beverage services.
This role requires the successful applicant to travel and work abroad for approximately half of the year beside a high performance team within Formula 1

- Assist in receiving, unloading, and organising catering supplies
- Manage inventory, ensuring all supplies are available and in the correct quantities before and during events.
- Track deliveries and handle any discrepancies or issues with suppliers.
- Help set up food and beverage stations
- Ensure that all catering areas are well-stocked with food, drinks, cutlery, and serving utensils throughout the event.
- Collaborate with the catering team to ensure proper food presentation and arrangement in accordance with brand standards.
- Coordinate the distribution of catering materials to different areas
- Support the catering team with transportation of food and equipment
- Ensure timely delivery of meals and refreshments
- Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling, storage, and service.
- Ensure that all catering equipment is cleaned and maintained according to hygiene standards.
- Monitor the condition of catering areas and report any health or safety issues to the Head Chef or TSM
- Assist catering staff during peak times
- Provide operational support during event breaks and turnover period
- Help resolve logistical challenges that arise during the event,
- Assist with the clean-up and breakdown of catering areas after the event.
- Help with post-event inventory checks
