We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to come and join our growing business based in Daventry. This is a varied role with the following responsibilities, but not limited to;
- Handling incoming calls and emails
- Various ad hoc office duties as necessary
- Diary management
- Invoicing and basic accounting tasks
- General all round support to the Managing Director, Office Manager & Workshop Manager
- Adhoc administration-based duties within the workshop environment
The individual we are looking for would ideally have the following experience and attributes:
- General administration
- General accounts
- Demonstrable previous experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience using CRM advantageous
- Outlook, Excel and Word experience
- Xero experience preferrable
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Confident, enthusiastic, conscientious, and reliable
- Must work well under pressure under your own initiative and as part of a team
- Own transport is essential
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 (depending on relevant experience)
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
