Sales Administrator

A leading organisation based in Portadown. Are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team due to continued growth.

This is a Full Time, Permanent Position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch)

With a salary of £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Role:

You will be responsible for the general sales administration support to the team.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • IT experience (email, MS Office, ERP system).
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Friendly, engaging personality with customers.
  • Reliable, confidential.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • General assistance and support to sales rep portfolio of customers in NI, ROI & GB.
  • Follow daily call schedule for customers next day deliveries.
  • Answer queries from customers in relation to products, pricing, deliveries, availability of product.
  • Liaise with customers in relation to product specs.
  • Inform rep of any issues relating to customer accounts, potential product lines that could be introduced.
  • Source potential new customers for rep to follow up.
