Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive sought for Boutique Property Law Firm!
The firm
We are partnered with a boutique property law firm in London, looking to welcome a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to their team.
The firm act for HNW individuals, property developers, investment funds, corporate occupiers, retail occupiers and private investors based in the UK, Europe and the States.
The firm are specialists in their field. They have a wonderful people-centric culture, and a mature and flexible approach, making it a great place to work.
The role
The successful applicant will work alongside specialist Partners and Associates on high value residential property work. Assisting on residential property freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions of development land.
Duties will include:
- Handling a caseload of high-end residential property transactions
- Assisting where required with plot sales and acquisitions
- Property due diligence and reporting
- Assistance on development reporting matters
- Onboarding of new clients including risk assessment, KYC and AML duties
Required skills and experience
The role will suit a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of two years' residential property experience.
Exposure to a HNW client base is highly desirable.
