**The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join this friendly and supportive team. This is a full-time, permanent position ideally suited to someone with a background in residential sales or lettings who is looking for a role in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
**Key Responsibilities
- Register and qualify new applicants and match them to suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Provide regular feedback and updates to clients
- Progress sales through to completion, maintaining regular communication with all parties
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Represent the agency in a professional and courteous manner at all times
**Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a residential property sales role is essential
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive and confident, with a customer-first approach
- Well-presented, professional, and articulate
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
**Working Hours
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday
- 1 Saturday in 4 (mornings only)
