This role requires a person with strong numerical skills and an eye for detail.

Description

  • Managing and maintaining the purchase ledger
  • Processing invoices and reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
  • Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details
  • Prepare and perform cheque runs
  • Carry out invoice and statement reconciliations as required
  • Manage petty cash
  • Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements

Profile

A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Accounting & Finance
  • Proven experience in a similar role and confident with the duties listed above
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team

Job Offer
