This role is an order processing specialist within a Customer services team based in West London.

The client is a medium sized, national consumer goods business.
Description
The key duties will include but not be limited to-
- Effectively meet all KPI'S on a daily basis
- Answering phone calls
- Answering chat queries
- Deal with customer queries and complaints
- Update and maintain customer records on the system
- Support other team members and cross train for cover
- Placing, tracking and chasing orders
- Dealing with the stock take
- Chasing and identifying order errors
- Amending orders
- Liaising with Parcel force to track and provide information
