Are you ready to take the next step in your career with a leading business advisory and accounting firm? We are thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity to join our client's dynamic team as an Audit Responsible Individual (RI) in Northampton.

With over 30 years of experience, this Top 25 firm specialises in providing tailored support and expert advice to ambitious business owners, SMEs, and large corporations. Their team of dedicated professionals is committed to fostering growth and success for their diverse client base.

As Audit RI, you will collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and manage the implementation of a strategy that secures a sustainable and profitable position in the provision of Audit & Assurance Services across our client base. This individual will be instrumental in supporting and developing the Audit & Assurance service line, generating new and recurring fee income by winning and delivering assignments in line with the annual budget and development plan.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders regarding Audit & Assurance matters. As an RI, you will be responsible for signing audit reports on behalf of the firm, requiring a robust technical background to ensure audit quality and compliance are maintained.

You will work with an extensive and broad portfolio of audit clients, particularly within the owner-managed and corporate sectors. The Audit RI will collaborate closely with Audit Managers and Client Service Directors on key and mid-tier accounts. This is a client-facing position, where you will establish strong relationships with numerous business owners across the region, ensuring that their audit and assurance needs are met with the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.
