Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business units to provide financial analysis and decision support.
- Develop, monitor, and review budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Provide commercial insights to influence strategy, improve profitability, and manage risk.
- Deliver month-end reporting, variance analysis, and performance reviews.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure alignment of business strategies with financial objectives.
- Support key projects and cross-functional initiatives to drive business growth.
- Present financial results and strategic insights to senior stakeholders.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
- Experience working within a tech or fast-paced multinational environment.
- Proven ability to influence non-finance stakeholders and present complex financial data clearly.
- Commercially savvy, with the ability to challenge and support business decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) being a plus.
